TCHA values the contribution of all volunteers in our work.
Volunteers working for TCHA are treated as equal members to staff in all areas of work.
TCHA undertakes to train voluntary staff to achieve high standards in their area of work.
TCHA will seek to develop all volunteers, not only in terms of their ability to undertake their roles within TCHA but also in terms of their personal goals and career development, where appropriate.
TCHA will use the Disclosure service of the Criminal Records Bureau as appropriate to verify the suitability of applicants to work with the particular client group.
