Tamworth Cornerstone Housing Association

Home
The resident/service user will receive continued support for six months. However we can revise this timescale if it is felt that the resident/service user would benefit from a little extra time.

However if at any time it is felt that the resident/service user no longer needs the service then they are asked to discuss this with their keyworker. They will assess their progress, ensuring that they are able to maintain their tenancy in the community.

If it is agreed that they need more support than this service can offer then the keyworker will liaise with other services to make sure that the resident/service user is able to access the support required.

When the resident/service user has progressed to a level where they feel that they no longer need the service, the keyworker will hand them a questionnaire to complete. They will be offered phone support to maintain contact is so wished.

The association will end the service immediately if:
The resident/service user becomes verbally abusive towards the keyworker
The resident/service user becomes physically abusive towards the keyworker
