It is TCHA policy to support and encourage our young
people to develop the skills and abilities needed for them to
create a stable home environment. However, this environment of rooms, bedsits and flats should be a starting point from which they continue to move on and progress over a longer period of time once they are within the community.

TCHA makes every effort to assist tenants in achieving reasonable and acceptable outcomes within the agreed period of time provided they are working with the project usually within a 6 month to 2 year time frame.

When they have been assessed and found to be ready they will be placed upon the Resettlement Programme and work on move on accommodation through Choice Based Lettings Private Rent Schemes, Shared Accommodation etc.
