Admission and Eligibility criteria for
Tamworth Cornerstone Housing Association (TCHA)

TCHA provides one to one supported housing which focuses on individual needs and goals from entry to point of exit, plus training and education services in the age range 16-25 years.  This is short term accommodation and service users can stay in the project for up to two years. Our overall objective is to equip service users with the ability to enter the labour market and/ or access further training and education, and to sustain a tenancy in the community or return to a stable home environment. We do this by the way of trained support workers working with the young person to develop an individual support plan which encompasses the five outcomes of "Economic Wellbeing, Be Healthy, Stay Safe, Enjoy and Achieve and Making a Positive Contribution". The onsite Education Centre supports this by means of a practical life skill programme Youth Achievement Awards. All service users are actively encouraged to participate in the Youth Achievement Awards. There are also opportunities, again on site, to study academic and vocational subjects.

You can apply for accommodation on line through our website
where you can down load our referral form, if other formats our needed please contact TCHA on 01827 319918 and we can send a copy.

Details are available visiting Local Authorities and Staffordshire Purple pages.
