In 2011 we acquired a 2 bedroomed house in close proximity to TCHA project. This is shared accommodation in preparation for move on into the community.

7 furnished rooms with shared facilities called ISU (Intensive Support Unit); this unit provides intensive support to individuals with higher levels of support needs.

7 furnished bed-sits comprising of a bed, sitting room, shower room and a self contained kitchen, the Cluster unit is the next stage to semi independency.

The Old School Yard and Chapel Mews consist of 16 flats comprising lounge, one bedroom, bathroom and kitchen with white good provision. Young people reaching this stage are semi independent looking at resettlement into the community.

There are weekly/monthly room/flat checks to monitor individuals independence in daily life skills i.e. hygiene, cleanliness, health and safety, repairs and abilities to cook and store food.
